Tiffany Pressley

Dr. Tiffany Pressley is the founder/CEO of BIA Healthcare and lead psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She is an assistant professor of nursing and currently practices as a PMHNP, evaluating and treating psychiatric patients at three different tribal medicine clinics via telemedicine. She is also an Air Force veteran and reservist, serving 8 years as a nurse and mental health care provider for military members at Scott AFB and Robins AFB.

Dr. Hugh Pressley is our Chief Operating Officer. He is an expert in technical communication and an award-winning educator with 20 years of experience in military, K-12, and higher education.

Mrs. Ursula Townsend is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing experience.. Mrs. Townsend treats conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and ADHD.

Dr. Candy Loiselle is our most experienced nurse practitioner. She has over 27 years of healthcare experience and has treated diverse populations with psychiatric/mental health issues, including ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and anxiety/depression.
